Boerewors, Pap and Gravy for the wedding of Kate and William

As ex-South Africans living in the UK, we will join in the festivities and the Royal Wedding, but in our own way.

I looked for the closest SA shop and bought myself some Boerewors (South African spicy beef sausage). I will be "braaiing" (grilling) it over the "braai" (barbeque). This will be enjoyed with "pap" (dish made out of mealie meal) en tomato and onion gravy.

Naturally it needs to be washed down with either a glass of wine or as I prefer, a few beers. 
May their happiness last as long as Boerewors has, and longer.
