Reasons;
Little discipline at schools and at home,
Welfare system that encourages laziness,
Society that is too liberal,
Soft emigration policies,
Soft policing = no respect for the police or courts,
Soft Punishment does not measure well up against the crime committed - little consequence.
In these instances, we are talking about, arson, burglary, theft, intimidation, assault (on just about every police officer, and many members of public and business owners), dame to property etc.
They should be locked away (at night) and made to rebuild the damage come daylight, even if it takes them years!
