The best food

See pic "Boerewors" at the bottom of my blog page. This is the "stuff" we braai (barbecue) just about every weekend in South Africa. It is a spicy, beef sausage favored initially by the Afrikaners enjoyed now by the entire population. With this, we normally serve "pap" (made of of mealie/maize meal) and gravy (normally onions and tomato). Some people like to add a teaspoon of curry powder to the gravy (sauce). Boerewors and chops is one of the favorite combinations on the braai (barbecue).
