Good choice... , well maybe rather a "safe" choice by the Captain. In my opinion we don't stand a chance if we can not bowl the Indians out twice? Do we however want to bat last with the Indian spinners?
The big question will be, do we have the bowling attack the do it (take 20 wickets in decent time)? Personally i think the difference between the two sides is in the spin department (and there the Indians definitely have the "edge"). I think we have the batsman to put up a decent score (depending on how well we play the Indian spinners). If the pitch allows a little bit of spin, it may be the difference...
Besides that, Gary Kirsten has cemented the Indian side into a "family" type unit. They have not been glued together like this for a long time. Previously, India has had the talent, but like the West Indians, have always played too individually, too much for themselves, rather than for the good of the team as a unit. After all, cricket is a team sport!
Anyway, four and half days of enjoyable, entertaining, "Effinhot" cricket lying ahead, weather permitting.
